Cancellation of Order Before Dispatch
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. The Company may decline or modify orders for any reason, including erroneous pricing or stock shortages. You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our Customer Care Centre at autogramapps@gmail.com. Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are available for partial subscription periods. Refunds may be granted only for technical issues that prevent use of the app, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Google Play's refund system, and all refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, contact autogramapps@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include your Google Play order number, the reason for the refund, and details of any technical issues experienced. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Note: Refunds requested after 7 days or for change of mind are not eligible.
Warranty Disclaimer
Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties, except as provided by the product manufacturer. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content accessed through the Website. Your use of the Website is at your own risk, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
